Hanford Concerns
Council provides an independent forum for
resolving tough safety, health and environmental
concerns for CH2M Hill employees at the Hanford work
site.
The Council has a broad mandate to assess and seek
"full, fair and final resolution" of employee concerns
in a neutral, safe environment.
Gaining employees' trust on the company's
and the Council's genuine commitment to resolving workplace
safety issues is critical for success. Employees also
need to be educated about the Council's approach, and
the steps to be expected in bringing the issues forward
through successful resolution. Hanford Concerns Council's

become familiar with and gain confidence in the procedures
in their own space and time.
