Olympic Hot Tub Company is the top U.S. dealer for a best-selling hot tub brand and its customer service is legendary. As a critical sales and marketing tool for the famed Olympic Hot Tub Buying Experience, the redesigned site takes full advantage of the company’s deep understanding of its customers, and today’s Web technologies, to build sales, add more power to the company’s message, bring customers to the stores, and use enhanced visual branding to strengthen its market position.

Our Strategy & Approach
InfoAdvantage designs the Web site from a customer’s perspective so it effectively delivers information customers need to make a better, faster, and more enjoyable decision to select and own the perfect hot tub for their lifestyle and home. We:

  1. Developed personae and messaging for the four target audience groups: lifestyle-driven consumers, health & wellness-driven consumers, veteran hot tub owners who want to upgrade and new hot tub owners who want to be educated on how to select the perfect hot tub.
  2. Designed content, navigation and interfaces for customers to have a fun, relaxing and enjoyable experience, to feel informed and empowered with helpful and unbiased information, to easily access content relevant to their specific needs within one or two clicks, and to visualize and plan an Olympic hot tub in their backyard.
  3. Designed and strategically located online sales tools. At their leisure, visitors can reserve a private test soak for themselves and their family, make an appointment for a free PerfectFit™ Backyard Consultation, sign up for special e-mails about sales events, or ask Alice questions important to them on which hot tub is perfect.
  4. Designed the site to have a fresh, contemporary and savvy look, and developed it to be in compliance with the latest Web standards. Visitors can view and print any of the content with ease.
  5. To enhance interest and maintain freshness and relevance for visitors, we designed the side column to display new hot tub pictures, testimonials, product features and interesting sales tidbits every time the customer visits the page.
  6. Planned for customers visiting the new site for the first time to be seamlessly brought from their old bookmarked pages to the right spots in the new site, and at the same time maintaining the site’s long-time top positions with search engines.
  7. Take full advantage of search engines as the channel partners, and optimized for the site to be at the top of search engines for full visibility to customers looking for hot tubs in the target market areas.

Olympic Hot Tub’s Web site has seen its Web-enabled revenues increased from zero in 1996 to several millions of dollars per year today.
